Asset Manager

Alex asset manages the operations of over 750 units of affordable rental housing for seniors and working families within Providence’s portfolio, ensuring their financial health, physical conditions, as well as meeting compliance standards and resident’s needs. Alex previously worked as an assistant project manager with Providence’s Real Estate Development team, providing support on various real estate development projects, including scattered-site affordable rentals and homes for sale. Prior to joining Providence, Alex worked in affordable housing advocacy for the Greater New Orleans Housing Alliance (GNOHA), as well zoning and blight policy with the New Orleans City Council. He has a Masters in Sustainable Real Estate Development (MSRED) from Tulane University is a Certified Housing Asset Manager (CHAM) as designated by The Consortium for Housing and Asset Management, and a designated Asset Management Specialist (AMS), certified by NeighborWorks America.
