Rachel works with the Real Estate Development team during all phases of project development including conceptual and early predevelopment, construction administration, and compliance. She is also responsible for providing support in managing general contractors and consultant teams as well as coordinating with financial partners for Providence’s active development projects. Prior to joining Providence, Rachel served in the capacities of Program Manager, Construction Coordinator, and Work-Site Supervisor. She has coordinated the reconstruction of single-family homes throughout New Orleans utilizing funding sources including HOME, NSP, AmeriCorps, Federal Home Loan Bank, and FEMA Road Home. Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from NYU, a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Studies from Cornell University, and completed the NeighborWorks Professional Certificate program, earning a Professional Certificate in Affordable Housing Funding and Finance.
