Terri North Named to NeighborWorks National Real Estate Programs Advisory Committee

 

Terri North, President and CEO of Providence Community Housing, has been named to the NeighborWorks National Real Estate Programs Advisory Committee. The National Real Estate Programs Advisory Committee helps NeighborWorks America® meet its strategic goals for the creation and preservation of affordable housing, to build and sustain a network of excellence, and to promote innovation.

The Advisory Committee also provides crucial input on how National Real Estate Programs can be useful, relevant, and effective to more than 250 NeighborWorks Network organizations in every state, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, with real estate development and asset management lines of business.

“It is an honor to serve alongside peers in the NeighborWorks network who share Providence Community Housing’s commitment to developing and preserving affordable homes and providing resident services to connect individuals and families to opportunities that enhance their quality of life,” said Terri North, President and CEO of Providence Community Housing. “As a member of the National Real Estate Programs Advisory Committee, Providence is positioned among leaders across the nation who are innovative in their approach and committed to creating quality affordable homes and lifting up communities through their work,” she added.

North is among 16 leaders from throughout the NeighborWorks network who will serve on the advisory committee. Committee members are a diverse representation of the NeighborWorks Network based on geography, gender, race, development type, and portfolio size.
