Asset Manager
Eric asset manages the operations of over 750 units of affordable rental housing for seniors and working families within Providence’s portfolio, ensuring their financial health, physical conditions, as well as meeting compliance standards and residents’ needs. Eric’s previous experience includes real estate development and asset management acquisitions management for a $22m real estate investment firm, as well as managing several property portfolios consisting of luxury rental, multi-family, market rate, and subsidized properties throughout the greater New Orleans area. Eric has a Master’s degree in Sustainable Real Estate Development (MSRED) from Tulane University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel Administration from the University of Massachusetts.
